Photos of the Day: I <3 SPAM!

Time for a little photo spam...
Selanne and his friends with the Cup... how very Finnish of them. After this photo was taken, they beat each other with birch leaves and played the HNIC theme song with their armpits.
A photo that'll make any Oilers fan throw up their Subway sandwich. Pronger, his bimbo jezebel wife, and spoiled little blonde brats celebrate with the Stanely Cup.
Just your average confused Avs fan ...
Palffy has sure let himself go after retirement. How fast can he lose the extra pounds?
Hell, just talking seems to make him sweat. How out of shape is he?
Well, at least he's not as out of shape as Robert Svehla. Somebody's been busy at the buffet table!

Picture of the Day: What's That Smell?

My girlfriend sent me this pic, and it definitely says about 1,417 words ...
"Is it just me or does Crosby look like he smells something disagreeable?"
Us Canadians are all too familiar with the stench that eminates from Ottawa, and it's not just Daniel Alfredsson's underpants.
If I were Crosby, I'd wash that award in some heavy soap before putting in his trophy room.

Players Partying: Preds on the Prowl

Sure, I could do some hardcore statistical analysis showing how Pavol Demitra is, by far, the most valuable player in the NHL, but I know what you people really want.

As the NHL tends to do, it did a little fluff piece on how Carol Niedermayer is so proud of her two sons for bringing her millions of dollars.
Now, couldn't they have used a better picture than this?
It looks like she's frickin bored out of her mind!!
Yes, we know she's seen her sons play 100s of times, but show a little enthusiasm, babe!

So, it appears Ed Belfour is at it again: getting drunk, fighting police, and dragging some poor teammate into the fray as well.
In honour of another dubious arrest, here are some classic pictures of Ed Belfour getting drunk at some frat house with Tie Domi and Mats Sundin. Good times, eh?
$1 billion says Ed Belfour lost this match...
